IN WHAT is one of the largest FDI investments in the country's real estate sector, Mauritius-based FIRE (First Indian Real Estate) Capital Fund is pumping in Rs 5,000 crore ($1.25 billion) in a large integrated township spread over 2,000 acres on the Ajmer highway in Jaipur.
