Hiranandani group enters Chennai real estate market

THE Mumbai-based Hiranandani group is set to enter the Chennai market. According to media and reliable real estate industry sources, they have acquired 100 acres of land at Navalur for about Rs 120 crore. They plan to develop a residential township with some commercial facilities.
