A latest Ernst & Young survey, titled Realty Pulse, of real estate developers, points out that 62% respondents on being asked about the "the current phase of Indian real estate", foresee the Indian real estate sector embarking upon high growth trajectory in the long-term, despite the momentary slowdown witnessed over the last 12 months.
